Description:

Singer x Songwriter x Surfer Donavon Frankenreiter headlines SunDown Sessions — an outdoor, socially-distanced private concert series on the deck of the Tower Beach Club in Mission Beach.

With views of La Jolla to the North, the setting sun over Mission Beach to the West, and Sail Bay behind Donavon, it’s a one-of-a-kind live music experience.

GA: $100 (plus $10 handling fee)

COVID-19 Guidelines:

SunDown Sessions continues to closely monitor the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, and plans to follow safety protocols as required by the CDC, state and local officials. The safety of our guests is our primary concern. That being said, All attendees 13 years and older will be required to show one of the following (in addition to wearing a mask):

VACCINATED

  • Paper or digital copy of CDC-issued Vaccination Card along with photo ID (that matches name on vaccination card).

Note: full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose regimen of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson administered two weeks or more in advance of the show.

PROOF OF NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST

  • Paper or digital copy of negative COVID-19 test along with photo ID

Test results need to be received within 72 hours ofthe SunDown Sessions show you are attending.

SunDown Sessions continues to closely monitor the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, and plans to follow safety protocols as required by the CDC, state and local officials. The safety of our guests is our primary concern. That being said, our guidelines are below. As new technologies are made available and new protocols to keep us safe are released, our processes to keep attendees as safe as possible may change. Per current National, California and Local guidance, we plan on requiring one of the following in order to gain access at the gate in addition to wearing a mask:

1. Proof of Vaccine
2. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the last 3 days.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the City and County of San Diego, the Event Organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks. You expressly agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinance, regulations, and the rules of the Event Organizers when attending the event.  

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.

If an event is canceled we will automatically issue you a refund to the method of payment used to make your purchase.

If the event was moved, postponed, or rescheduled, we will contact you to notify you of your options to keep your tickets for the new date or be refunded.

Due to the limited nature of our tickets, and our direct payment to performers we are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased.  

Furthermore, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancellation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid and all service fees.  If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
